The Spencer W. Perkins Fellowship partners (and relocates) college students with urban ministries around the country in order to give the student a first-hand look at ministry and community service. The Fellowship term operates for about eight weeks during each summer. Below is a list of material you will need to apply for a position as a Perkins Fellow or to apply to host a Fellow.

New Hosting Applicants need only download and submit the Host Application Form. Veteran Hosts can update their files by completing and submitting the Host Renewal Form. Both new and old hosts must complete and submit the Critical Information Form.
